June brings a special kind of energy—calm, grounding, and full of connection. It’s the month we pause to celebrate fathers and father figures, and the powerful presence they bring to our families.

At Lisa Foy Photography, I’m grateful for the moments I get to capture between dads and their little ones—the quiet strength, the protective arms, the big laughs and gentle cuddles. In newborn sessions, you’ll often see dad’s hand cradling that tiny head—steady and sure. In family portraits, it’s that playful energy that brings joy and balance to the whole frame.

Alongside Father’s Day celebrations, June is a great time for milestone and family sessions. Many of my clients choose this season to document their growing families—capturing toddlers on the move, siblings starting to bond, or parents adjusting to life with their newest arrival.

As always, each session is fully styled with care, from wardrobe and custom props to personalized set design and a relaxed, guided experience. Whether you choose the cozy feel of the studio or the golden glow of an outdoor session, we’ll create something meaningful together.
